It is good value and it is short on the specifications that predict survival. 8 mm panels and a galvanized base at this price are genuinely strong; the absence of any wind or snow rating is the real cost. On a sheltered site with a properly built and anchored base it is a lot of greenhouse. On an exposed site, buy something rated.
